Let’s get you ready for the adventure!

🌋 About Rinjani National Park

Gunung Rinjani is one of Indonesia’s most iconic volcanoes — standing tall at 3,726 meters, it’s the second highest volcano in the country. But it’s not just about the summit. Rinjani is part of a protected area called Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani, full of beauty and biodiversity.

Inside the park, you’ll find:

  • The famous Segara Anak Lake (yes, inside the crater!)

  • Natural hot springs (great after a long hike)

  • Stunning sunrise and sunset views

  • Lush forests, unique wildlife, and sacred spots for local people

It’s a spiritual and natural wonder — no wonder so many people say it’s the best trek in Indonesia.

🚗 How to Get to Mount Rinjani

Mount Rinjani is located in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The two main gateways to the mountain are:

  • Senaru (North Lombok) – perfect for the crater rim & lake treks

  • Sembalun (East Lombok) – the main route to the summit

Here’s how to get to Lombok first:

✈️ By Air:

  • Fly to Lombok International Airport (LOP) from Bali, Jakarta, or other major cities.

  • We’ll pick you up at the airport or anywhere on the island — easy!

🛥️ By Boat:

  • Take a fast boat from Bali to Bangsal (Lombok’s main harbor in the north).

  • We can also pick you up from the harbor or nearby hotels.

📌 Rinjani Eye includes transport in all trekking packages — so you don’t need to worry about how to get to the mountain. We’ve got you covered.
